What are you really into?

Today I'm going to talk about my quarantine hobbies. On days in quarantine and with a lot of free time indoors, I look for entertaining things to do. My first hobby is that in one hour of the day, it can be in the morning or in the afternoon, I exercise (I have always tried to apply exercise in my life), but now with more time I have been able to do it every day. My second hobby is watching movies, I like very much to do research on actors or directors and then watch a couple of their movies. My third hobby is new, I researched a lot, since the quarantine and world situation had me anxious and stressed, so now before sleeping I do a series of breaths and meditations based on "mantras" which calms me a lot. And my last hobby is new too, I read, but this last weeks I have been interested in reading about different philosophers, I love to learn about how their thoughts, reflections, and visions about the world.
And those are my hobbies and I think the last hobby is the one that has obsessed me the most these last weeks.

My favorite Picture

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to talk about my favorite picture. So this picture is one of my favorites, it was taken in 2016. That year I travelled to Germany for three months as an exchange student, because as I mentioned in another of my blogs, I studied at a German school, so that year I was able to go and visit many places. As the distances within Europe are not so long, I decided to travel to Italy. Since I was a child I have been very interested in Italian culture, because of its language, charisma and food. One of my favourite places was Pisa, it's a very small Italian city, the Italy that you see in the movies. This photo was taken by my friend Paulina (schoolmate in Chile), the photo shows the river Arno, which crosses the whole city of Pisa, you can see the Italian architecture and the Church of Santa Maria della Spina that is literally on the river bank. I really like this picture because the sky looks fabulous. My stay was very close to that place so I have many memories of that view. And a freaky fact is that the best pizza I've ever tasted was in Pisa.

Things that catch my attention on the street

Hi everyone!

The thing that catches my eye on the street is the number of stray dogs. And I've noticed that when you look at them and tell them something, they always wag their tail, and they approach you and don't leave you until you go in somewhere. I love that even though dogs are the most faithful animals, the stray dog has a more humble and grateful attitude of any gesture you make to them. For example one day I was in the virgin of the San Cristobal hill and a dog approaches me and I gave him water, I believe that so much its gratefulness, that when lowering the hill and directing me to the subway it was all the time with me, until I entered the subway. I like dogs a lot, and I hope that someday all those dogs that are in the streets have an owner to love.

My favorite piece of tech

Hi everyone!

I've never been interested in technological things, like consoles, camera, computers or the cell phone. I even change my cell phone when it doesn't even turn on anymore. But as I mentioned in another post, I love to spend my time watching movies, series, short films, videos, etc.  That's why I discovered SmartTV, which I think is my favorite piece of technology. Last Christmas I bougth a SmartTV, for me it's very cool, now without realizing it I'm watching whole afternoons of series and weekends are of movies for sure.  I really like that it is connected to the Internet, and can do all kinds of things, even listen to music, I feel that it has many fun features.  Now Can I live without a SmartTV? Yes, of course I can. But still, I hope it is in my room much longer.
